Although all of these suggestions are great for exercising your social skills muscles, I believe the best suggestion is to participate in After school programs. Many of these can be found on school campus such as after school clubs and sports. These are great because they include people who you will see every day and bring people together instead of you trying to start conversations with random people who share no similar interests in you.

- Having Family/Friend support through life.
- Social skills can help when being interviewed or working on a job.
- Protects against disease
- Protects against unhealthy relationships which are bad for over all health.
- Good for overall health

- Areas near school that draw lots of students after school
- Church, Temple, Etc.
